    Mike, They are similar in chamber size so a 230 1BBL head on a 250 short block causes no issues. The 230 1bbL heads are in fact very close to the 250 4bbL head and should work well.

    Jeff, I hope you don't mind answering a quick question that save me many hours of searching.
    Are the heads of a regular 230 interchangeable with those of a regular 250?
