    Jeff,
    I saw your post about the posi carriers you have for sale.
    I currently have an open 2.73 rear end. I'd like to have a 3.08 posi rear. I'm not very savvy on what it takes to go from a non-posi 2.73 to a posi 3.08. Will one of your carriers be a step in the right direction, or should I be looking for an entire rear differential?
