Unfortunately I do not have Stellar Blue. I have Lucerne Blue , Cameo White and, Starlight Black. Some of my customers have successfully painted the welting using Sikkens flex agent and paint products. If you are interested in going that route, you can contact me at jandrews3@sbcglobal.net.
