About six years ago, I spent about $175.00 for an authentic Judge spoiler. Although I have witnessed men seek $300, I do not believe they are capable of really delivering that amount. Because of the excellent quality and reasonable pricing of the repops, nobody actually spends much on an original unless they are attempting to create an all-original automobile. I'm very confident that phrazle the repops utilize studs exactly like the originals.

    Pat,

How have you been? I have decided to try and get a 69 Judge. My dream car would be Carousel Red, Parchment interior, 4 speed, hidden headlights. I cannot afford a numbers matching concourse car but do want a real Judge in nice driver condition and "looks" somewhat correct. I have even considered a 70. I recall you had a 70 Judge that was in the body shop? I am also looking for someone to repaint the Lemans. Unfortunately the 2 year old "scuff and buff" job is not holding up. The original old paint/body work is showing through (not rust but imperfections). The guy I have used passed away and though his shop is still open they are backed up till February. Who would you suggest?

PS I am going to the Rockin Nights in Rockledget tomorrow night. It is a nice little laid back show/cruise in. Probably take the GTO. I had it our at 5 guys last night.

    Mark,

I paid about $175.00 for an original Judge spoiler about 6 years ago. I've seen guys ask as much as $300.00, but i don't think they command that price. I'm pretty sure that the repops use studs just like the originals, and the quality and price are so good, nobody really spends much for an original unless they are trying to build an all original car.

    Pat,

Also need some idea on what a 69 Judge spoiler is worth. The one I have appears to have studs for mounting. I was under the impression the repop ones use screws instead of studs. It is very nice (painted Warwick Blue). What do you think it is worth?
