    Thanks. Someone actually bought the car out from under me even tho I was in touch with the seller

    Maybe it wasn't meant to be!

    I found a much cleaner one, no rust, trying to make a deal on it

    These 1969 - 72 Grand Prixs can be good deals. But they are not sought after like other Pontiacs. If that GP is your color combo inside and out , and you REALLY like what it has, it might be worth buying. Good luck.

    Hi Mapearso. The orange 72GP is nice. If the numbers match, going back to stock should help the overall value . The third brake light on the trunk, the stereo system, rear bumper license pocket, and possibly the dashboard vinyl are the main issues I see. The rust issue also.
