I haven't had time to go to the Fasenal store. I filled out the online form, guessed weight at 100# in a 3'x1'x1' crate. I haven't received a response yet. Do you know the actual weight of the crank? Also would it need 0.020" under on the main & rod journals?
    Thanks,
    Roger

Just wanted to check with you on the 428 crank. I'm still interested in it.
    Thanks,

I'm keeping the rear end for the other car. The steering wheels were both aftermarket, but I did find a clean used one cheap which is hard to do. I did buy another 10 bolt 8.2 I also have the one I had rebuilt which is a 8.2 new posi ,new gears everything was gone through. It may not be strong enough for the 463 I had built for that car thats why I want to keep the 12 bolt which I also had rebuilt.

Hi Tom I see your project,I am not a body guy but I do see this is a big project for 1 guy do,lots of time and effort is a long future commitment I have a 67 bird been doing repairs/replacement parts ect for 4 years and still I need parts. If you decide to sell off the parts I would be interested in the rear end and steering wheel. Tough decision for you because our car heart can hurt when its disappointed. Best of luck Chris If its easier to call me here is my # 508-612-1036
