    Jon, The Valspar number is 68217. It says Hammered Black, but it really is dark gray--very close to the original color and texture if you apply it carefully.

    Hi Dick Heater box color for 64 Gto. You posted a Valspar paint from Hinshaw. Do you have number off the can? They couldn't find the paint. I found on Amazon Valspar # 68219 labeled hammered silver gray. Is this the correct # & color?? Thanks jon

    Hello Dick,

    I have a 1965 Tri-power setup that I would like to use on my 421. As you can see it is in rough shape. Would you be able to rebuild these carburetors including linkage to a point where they would perform well in a warmed over 421? The heads will be ported cast iron by SD Performance, flowing ~ 250 CFM with 2.11/1.77 valves. Exhaust probably long branch factory headers.

    I would likely have Dave port match the cast iron intake as well if you think this is worthwhile.

    Is this something you could do, and if so, what would be a rough estimate for cost and lead time? I can get you plenty of photos if this helps.

    Best,

    John Cogger

    Hi Dick;
    I have been trying to contact you through email to no avail. We had talked about a vacuum trunk release you have for sale. You were to let me know when you got back from vacation but I can't seem to contact you. I hope everything is okay on your end.
    Please contact me if you get this.
    Thanks.
