    Any idea about what paint John was referring to when he made the post you reference? PPG, Dupont, GM code ? I'd like to try and mix this to see if I can get a good match for 1978 Trans Am engine paint. Thanks -

    John Witzke has previously posted this formula for the 1977-78 W72 Engine color. It isn't available anywhere off the shelf. You have to get a paint shop to mix it up and put it in a rattle can for you. I understand that this was color matched from an unexposed bit of paint off an original W72 engine.

    2K-553 Brilliant Blue 61.2
    2K-010 White 179.7
    2K-024 Ochre 240.2
    2K-550 Violet 246.3
    2K-011 Black 258.9
