monzaz Just curious if you can do anything with my 28 spline posi unit. It is a series 3 with 3.23's on it. The posi no longer seems to work on it and I would like to see if there is any fix with cones or do I need to buy a new unit. Thanks Jim

Hello I have a 1967 GTO that was born an automatic with factory ac and a limited slip rearend. Somewhere along the line a 4 sp Muncie M20 I believe. The rear end is a 2:93. I am wanting to convert it to a 3:23. I was told that the 3:23 is the highest ratio, or lowest whatever, I can go without having to change everything. I just want to change the ring and pinion. What are your thought on this> Do you have a 3:23 ring and pinion for sale? If so how much to ship to Texas? thanks alan

I finally got around to the rear gear work. I have a 3.23 in a 69 GP . The last time I contacted you this was the information you needed . I would like to change this to a limited slip . The code on the ring gear is 4213 GM 26880 . If that helps .

Hello, I just saw your post for the 3:42 gears for full size. I assume that is sold? I have a 75' Grandville with the stock 2:56 open 10 bolt rear. I want to upgrade to a 3:23 or 3:42 limited slip. Do you have the correct carrier & gears for sale? If not, who do you recommend I buy NEW items from? I am correct I need a 30 spline pinion & 8.875" ring gear? Thank you!

Was told by a fellow member that you rebuild the cones on 8.2 10 bolt units how cost effective is that or would I be better off just swapping to a eaton or Richmond thanks for any help in advance

Hey Jim, looking for ione of your new fangled 9.3" posi's for a 64 GP. Should i call you to discuss? Looking to put it in with a set of 3.70-3.90's behind a 4 speed auto. Let me know. I have family in Illinois and i am also going to Norwalk. Perhaps we can work something out. Thanks

My buddy bought a rebuilt 8.2 66 gto posi unit off you and i am interested in the price on a rebuild. just brought mine, 8.2 3.23 gear to someone who told me it is un rebuildable due to the cone is "bottomed out" dont know if you take core's and rebuild or just swap my core for a newly rebuilt. car is all original and would like to keep original parts in the car if it can be rebuilt. reply or email me at tgollotto@aol.com. Thanks, Tony G from NC
