    lemans convert
New to your site from Algonquin,IL, have had a lot of cars,I restored a 64 lemans into a 65 gto, car from arizona, i sold before finishing the interior. Last time i seen her the plates said 64 or 65 at the car show in lake county illinois. I now have a 1967 lemans from Georgia that i am putting a gto driveline in. Have a 1968 400 with 1970#13 heads and muncie 4 speed. i am looking for a pontiac engine guy near northwest suburbs of chicago,il. Also need a posi rearend 3:08 or possibly 323 for highway cruising..And need to convert the front brakes to Disk prefer lower mileage original 64-72 gm...considered converting the original non-posi to the auburn posi unit but not sure of the hassle of that and have not confirmed existing gear ratio..how do you confirm the gear ratio on non-posi??
the 67 lemans will be tyrol blue with gto hood no badging except pontiac on the back, and will not sit low, like the muscle car look
