This issue is now fixed with a new trip to machineshop. I now have .0029 on all expect thrust bearing with 0.0032. Should work out good I guess.

Looks to me like machine shop screwed up.
Bore 3 is 0.002755 out of round.
Overall the bores vary about 0.00157 in diameter.
What do you guys think?

I also have 1.65 rockers, so lift is a bit more than I wrote in the spec list.
