Factory original valves have a part number on them

Factory valves will normally have a GM part number on them.

Usually stamped on the stem, up near the retainer grooves.

If you disassemble a couple of yours, you will know if they're original.

you can have the studs "Pinned" if you are worried, and thats cheap compared to a head work over. I have used 15 heads with big valves installed ( makes a 70HO head) and loved them.
