78 & 79 W72 blocks were 481988 XX blocks.

Personally would not have an issue with .030 milled 6X-4's, & a build with a cam like a Summit 2801 on a 557...

Yes you can hone the cylinders for 4.125 pistons. It might not be enough to make the cylinder round with a torque plate.

Lighter aftermarket rods and pistons are used.

The stroke stays at 3.750”

A good balance job...

Comp grinds everything in their arsenal on a tight LSA. That NEVER works out well until you start getting into some of their grinds with a lot of seat timing and even then there are a LOT better...
