This happened to me once but the engine was still in the car. My temper got the best of me and I got midevil on it. I stuck about a 3ft bar in the intake port closest to the bolt, stood on the frame...

Only parts I've ever had coated were pin buttons...

Only parts I've ever had coated were pin buttons and I liked the result. No hp gain just kept the cylinders from getting any marks on them which is all I wanted.

We're running 2.5" at the head and even double walled. It's done with an adapter plate bolted to the head with counter sunk bolts then you relocate the header bolts where you want on the adapter...
