Turns out my distributor bracket broke, (go figure). The distributor spun a bit. Then I flooded it thinking it was a fuel issue. Timing didn't look off much. Once I fouled...

Before you apply it. Run a sharpie around the pods and the outer edges. That way if its just a touch small anywhere, it will hide.

Better to do it now then afterwards.

72, I run that black braided up from my pump to the carb. I like it allot. However, you should use metal coming up for safety. Whether it is a hard line or braided.

What you want to do is fine....
