The "code" is an authorization to allow your cell phone number to be used on some other service that does VoIP. You can't just add any phone number you want to it, you have to authorize it via a code...

I don't have the pictures you are after, but I am 100% positive they are correct for 62-64 big Pontiacs. I've had complete sets of not only this style, but also 65. I still have the 65 set.

Pull the wheel and a few of the parts at the top. Hardest part is getting the horn wire back down the column. Best tie a string to the bottom before you pull it out.
