True Ceramic is an oxide of metal- such as Iron oxide, Aluminum oxide, Zink oxide & such.

The only thing wrong with '59-'64 heads is it may limit your intake choice a little.
Ideally, a 1960 timing cover which would retain the front mount but use a standard cooling config would be great...
