I have started letting the wax and grease remover sit overnight and I don’t pile it onto filler. Keep it light and blow it dry with compressed air after you have wiped it off. YMMV….

Flex agents are not widely used any longer afaik.

No I’ve been using it for quite a while. Learned about it on the SPI forum.

I also started cutting using Assilex and Buflex abrasives from Eagle which are a real timesaver imho.

Always epoxy on bare metal. Urethane on bare metal is cheap collision work. Do your filler work in the epoxy recoat window for best adhesion.

I always try to strip with razor blades before resorting to sanding.
