Finally!
OK, I’m 57 years old, and after all this time, am finally buying a house with a decent garage! I think I can get a lift in this one. I’m kind of excited to get in there in a few weeks. :)

So it's been a year since I started this thread. Currently building the garage where I will paint my car. I was able to buy all materials for garage for the same price I was quoted for someone else...
