Bans and restrictions limit innovation . In a heads-up class, I think anything that will bolt to a Pontiac style block should be allowed. There are plenty of limited classes with all kinds of rules...

I think that the Warp 6 head should not be allowed in the heads up race at Norwalk. Only because they are not available to the general public, only the few who they want to have them can have them...
