I wouldn't pay until the problem is fixed. I'm sure you didn't ask them to rebuild your engine so it would have a leak. If you pay before they fix the problem you'll be SOL.

The piece for the grill support is 67 only, the pieces for under the headlights are for 67 only. The other pieces work for 66 and 67.

You can definitely pull the tailshaft with the trans in the car. I once replaced the reverse gears in a Muncie the same way....assuming this is a manual trans.

I'm not sure who makes the stand that I've had for years and years....
but I always put a support under the balancer if it's just sitting there with an engine on it for storage.
