I guess this is what happens when you mix a VW bug and a dining room table...

Actually I like some aspects of that car,not that I'd drive it myself.
But the use of a cheap table top and HVAC vent? Could have been done a LOT better.

facn8me 08-18-2011 09:47 PM

Probably looks better once you take it out of it's crate.

That would be "on the far left side" of the hood.

I guess that makes sense. However, I doubt that something with "RED GATOR" interior was sprayed correctly. I would also imagine that "tastefully" doesn't enter into the equation either.

You can get in touch with me at 9102298019 or email me

I'm also selling a 1980 Pontiac trans am wit a custom paint job it still runs good custom inside, tilt steering wheel, a 3.50 engine, T-top roof. Asking 5000 but I am taking offers

THE 1980 IS THE RED AND WHITE CAR IT HAS CUSTOM INTERIOR BUT BOTH CARS NEED A LITTLE INTERIOR WORK

andyg 08-23-2011 06:40 PM

Anyone notice the "custom" paint job on the '80?

bonneville Joe 08-23-2011 07:02 PM

Didn't realize replacing a wrecked nose from a different color car would justify a custom paint job?

I think that is the motion that the brush takes when painting. You flip the brush up..... you flop the brush down........repeat as necessary.

This one reads like a 16 year olds text.

Too bad about the "sterio" system. And lots of people are in "det" these days (wait, maybe not). Oh well, at least you have your "priarities" in order. The "susspention" as well as the lack of pics is keeping me in suspense. Not!

FirebirdHank 08-28-2011 05:18 PM

I'm just glad that the engine includes the bottom end

Maybe he'll use the money to pay for a communications class.

I wonder how some of these idiots ever graduated from high school. They've no idea on how to write, spell, or punctuate a sentence. And then they expect some sucker to buy this crap.

No idiot left behind.

LeighP 08-28-2011 09:40 PM

I really don't understand, all those years of school. Its just not that hard. Really.

PonchoV8 08-28-2011 10:21 PM

It's not that hard, but it's not a priority for some people. I see some on this site who (repeatedly) can't spell single syllable words, much less punctuate correctly.
As Ted Knight said in Caddyshack Well, the world needs ditch diggers too.

I guess that license plate stickers have been going on longer than I thought. I also thought that only had "horse" glue back then. Hmmmmm.

Well, it never even occurred to me that the seller would actually think that was from the early 20th century....but now that you mention it..He probably does since he mentions the word 'collector' .... That's funny...

What a load of cr*p. How does anyone think that it is worth sinking all that money into something like that. I guessing they could have a pretty nice race car for the money spent.
