Are you bringing the 70? I’ll look you up!

Looking forward to my first time ...work seems to get in the way. shifts never seem to align last couple yrs .
As stated by CNC got a trailer . Just want to make some fun passes down a real track.
Love to see the show field for the rare and unique stuff....and bring on the big cars. Love them all.
Thinking everyday about it....weather man better be kind.

Yep, I'll have my Tempest Coupe there again. I'm trailering this year since I haven't yet done all the maintenance I need to do to trust it on the drive from the Chicago area. You can read all about last year's adventure with Tempest here. :)

I just placed my Ames order for show pickup. I didn't realize they do a 5% cash discount for show pickup, so score! After the show season, I'll be doing a new cam/lifters, carb rebuild, and complete suspension rebuild (front & back). Also, refinishing the stock XE wheels, Deluxe covers, and getting the Coker BFG dual white strip G78-14s. Going back to pure stock with this one.

I'd love to see your car! You racing or showing?

I'll be driving one of my vintage Pontiacs again this year from Arizona. Probably towing something to deliver too. Will have a space in the midway area behind the stands to promote Pontiac Heaven events ( now in its 21st year ) and the Pontiac Heaven Museum project located in eastern Az. Will have some shirts to sell. Stop by and say hello. pontiacheaven.org

Will be in the swap meet with as much as I can load in a Vibe.

Liquidating a large reproduction parts warehouse so will be selling everything there at least 25% off catalog prices.

I'll be looking for a Vibe pulling the front wheels on every bump. :pound:

I haven't been to Norwalk, have wanted to go but never made the trip. I was thinking about a last minute, weather-dependent "day trip" since it's about a 2-1/2 drive, leave early, go home at the end of the day. I wouldn't drive my GTO that far in a day, just based on mechanical risk.

I see many mentions of a lot of walking, and I see mentions of renting golf carts. I saw on the FAQ that people can bring their own "wheeled vehicles". Do many people bring bicycles? Just curious as to what people do to get around the car show and swap area, etc., with the full expectation to keep bikes and other motorized vehicles well away from the cars.

Some guys in the pits have pit bikes but I rarely see them in the swap meet area. I am not saying they're not, I just never noticed them much outside of the pits. I also cannot recall seeing anyone on bicycles. Its not like Carlisle. Golf Carts and Keds are the main means of transportation. With that said, I don't see any reason why you cannot bring a bike. It certainly will be better than hoofing it.
