red Bench interior for 65 Tempest
 

I am looking for Bright Red interior for my black 65 Tempest Convertible. The 65 is Metalic red which is nice but I want bright red. The challenge is it is a Bench seat.

It is a long ways from original so I am looking for options, 66 chevelle has a bright red bench interior. I can use 64 gto red door panels and convertible piston covers.

So does anybody have any ideas I think the bench seats are the same .
64-66 and maybe 67.

I guess a better question is who will make an interior for 65 Tempest convertible in a non stock color?

SMS will have the fabric. Any auto upholstery should be able to stitch it. Be prepared to wait about a year. They are slow. Here is their link:https://smsautofabrics.com/

Doesn't take a year if just buying material. I've gotten stuff in a week or 2.

After having to send my material back and forth 5X which included only one type of material, then the material not pleated, the wrong headliner and the seams on the visors separating. You're most assuredly correct. I was mostly speaking from my own personal experience. They actually refused to replace the incorrect 6 bow headliner with the correct 5 bow headliner until I wrote an e-mail to the owner. Yeeks. But hey, the end result looks great. Even the extra grey hairs! Lol.

If you aren't that concerned about originality as mentioned in your first post, then I would consider seat covers from another A-body for the desired colour.
The seat frame is the same for 64-67 A-bodies. I recently installed '66 Tempest seat covers on a 65 Chevelle bench seat that I acquired.

I was looking at 64 chevelle but they have a chevelle emblem in the middle of the back seat. So I will look at 67 tempest for red.

Look at the 65 chevelle. I have a chevelle interior in my 65 tempest convertible...

You may want to try calling PUI directly.

This worked for me when, what I wanted didn't exist. It took 6 years but I got what I wanted.

Legendary made me a white interior for my 67. i didn't want the yellow haze or parchment

i'll be selling my 65 bench seat chevelle full interior thats in my 66 tempest in white very soon and in great condition you could spray it
