Wichita Fall Event...
 

Anyone got info on Wichita fall event, usually first Sat in Oct, put on by Wichita GTO Club???

I didn't make it last year having just started a new job. Hoping to be there this year.

October 4th is getting real close.....

Guess I should pay more attention when I'm posting as I now see the link above is for last years event.:o

Barring any unforeseen problems, it looks like I will make it this year.

Yes, the car in my avatar is the one I'll be taking to the show. My time off from work was confirmed today and hotel reservations have been made so it looks like all things are go. Please come introduce yourself, I would like to meet you. Here's the pic of the car in a thumbnail:

Oh my, nice car.
My car is not near ready for any kind of a show or race, so my self and 2 or 3 others are spectators, which I enjoy!
I'm 6'3", wear overalls, bought my T/A when I was a senior in high school, so you know how old I am...LOL

The weather forecast is great. Should be some personal bests at the track. Good luck to everyone. I wish I could make it this year. Maybe next year.

Glad you recognized me @ picnic table. Phil and I had been looking your car over thoroughly shortly after arriving. Man we are impressed. You've worked it over exactly like I would have. Glad to hear of the disc brakes, drums take the fun out of driving a hot rod car....
