Did they use the sealing washer in 1964? Did both bolts have the washer or just the back one

The bolts have a shoulder. I've never seen a sealing washer, but that would be a good idea for the back one. I've used RTV on the back one to seal for oil leaks.

Both of my bolts have soft metal washers.

1964 GTO Very Low mileage Survivor.

Rubber washers.

I would assume the assembly line workers would only have the 12 point bolts with rubber washers to install on both sides of fuel pump. Less confusing, no leaks.

Are they the same copper washers used on the valley cover bolts?
