Got new shoes, was all excited and now this crazy virus hit. The track has postponed it's schedule. Hopefully things clear up soon so we can go racing!

I want to race as much as the next guy but there's more important things in the world right now than racing. There people dying everyday right now my thoughts are with them and their families not racing

People die everyday and new life begins everyday.

Live life right , be kind to others and be Right with the Lord or whichever higher power one believes in.... Worrying won't help.

I'm hoping.... It's looking like another April that I can't race.

Wanting to test a new converter in the red car.

Moved the cam timing in the blue car.

Did some intake manifold work to the Super Duty

Did a little work to the heads on my brothers 464 and re-ringed it for the first time in fourteen years.

He's testing a new clutch in his LS car.

PS ..... The last time I tried to race in April the track in Byron was hit by a micro burst so they couldn't let us race....drove ninety miles to Cordova, shreaded a trailer tire (without a spare) and had to pull the car of the trailer and let my unlicensed sixteen year old nephew drive the car home. :(

NHRA cancelled Gator's just before the Pro's started.
Just got email other day that June 5-7 is new date for Gator's.
They had a list of the new dates for races.

So, Possibly June will be start of RACING!

:)

Might see an increase in test hits!

Heck we had 90s here last week so ours are plenty warm. The 60's this week feels downright cold!

I agree.... A lot of folks only need to stay home. A lot of people are considered essential and they don't have that choice. Many places are being hurt by Amazon, E-bay and Craig's list not allowing sales of needed supplies.

I'm also baffled why installing turn lanes at an intersection that has never had them is considered "essential".

Just finishing up the vacuum pump and will be ready.

They county repaved the road in front of the property but the base is so soft even the regular cars doing some hit peel it up to the gravel/dirt base.

Skip Fix 03-31-2020 02:14 PM

"A lot of folks only need to stay home. "

And we wonder why New Orleans is a hot spot when they did NOT cancel Mardi Gras- the biggest non socially distancing party around!

One good thing my commute to the clinic has hardly any traffic!

I'm glad the "essentials" are getting something out of this. My friend that lives in New York has seen his commuting times cut in half.

Please keep doing what you do Sir! You and your staff are and always have been essential! :)
