Got some good news today....

Today was my quarterly check with my thyroid specialist since my thyroid cancer surgery. Normal stuff: review lab results and scheduled my next appointment. When I mentioned the start date of my radiation therapy I was told I would NOT be receiving radiation UNLESS my thyroglobulin levels began to rise. Fantastic!!!!

Outstanding! God is good. I felt the same relief a couple of weeks ago when my 3-month checkup for my bladder cancer came out 'clean.' Keep the faith!

Great news.

Not clear to me how iodine nor Selenium are involved in Thyroid balance. Seems odd to me that the profound announcements early in the 1900's still stand today as clear and accurate.

Glad to hear!

I go in for my Oncology checkup at the Mayo Clinic today. 4 different appointments spread out over most of the day. Basically scans and blood draws until I meet with my Oncologist to review my scans at 2:45.

Been doing this for 14 years anywhere from once a quarter to once a year. After my 3rd cancer surgery in 2017, I'm at the twice a year deal. If this one has the expected and desired result, I go back to once a year.

Yes, it did! I wasn’t looking forward to being sick for several weeks, having to sleep in a different bed, not being able to touch my wife or our dogs, eating from separate dishes, etc.

Planning on it. Headed to Alaska for king salmon fishing in late May.

When I went through Chemo and radiation, I wasn’t allowed to come home until Mike got a professional house cleaning service to come in and clean and disinfect our entire home. That was crazy!

Anyway so happy for you! ;)
