help needed with interior dye/paint colors

I am doing some interior work on a 74 SD T/A I bought a couple months back, is there anyone who can decipher the data tag and tell me the formulas or codes for all the different interior colors of this car? Nothing SEM has in stock colors matches anything in the car

Cliffs notes: Saddle vinyl with cloth inserts. Code 831 is the Pontiac code and 583 is the Fisher tag code.
