What is an 11BC?

it a 11b the the eng coed for a 425 a in 62 don't know where the c came from

I don't know either, it looks like a factory stamp.

I have a bare block with 11BC stamped. It's a 4-bolt that came with a 62 GP 4-spd. I was just curious what the "C" meant. The stamping looks original, doesn't look like the additional C was added later.

My car was made first week of April need a date code prior to that. And would like to find a unstamped block if you have something please private message me if that works for you
