Norwalk Date?
Our largest Pontiac meet in the country is Norwalk's Tripower Nationals. There is no confirmation of the July 31 start, nor of an alternate date.
The track owner/manager, Bill Bader, was quite positive a few weeks ago that events will be held this summer, but now is suddenly mum. Many of us have reservations for the weekend as scheduled, and are anxiously waiting to see if the event will be held as scheduled or if it will be held at all. Bottom line, in my opinion, is that no one knows the proper way of dealing with COVID-19. Six states have not instituted stay at home rules, but Ohio is among the states that do have those rules. Our freedom to live as we have in the past is completely up to government officials who also do not know how to deal with this virus. . |
Their website states that as of now it is still a go. If this changes they state they will update the website and their facebook page.

According to the governor of OH, 95-98% of the business in Ohio CAN be open by June 1. So baring any large spikes in the infection rate, IMO, the event will happen. Hopefully.

We are going to be SO ready for a Pontiac event!
