Roy Head Grabs Sissy Bar
My buddy, Rod Driscoll, and I loved to visit the car dealers. Rod was a bit older than I was and could talk up a storm.One Saturday Rod convinced the salesman to let him test drive the Tri power 64 GTO. I was in the back and the salesman was in the passenger seat. So Rod hammers the GTO and power shifts into second and third. Roy Head grabbed the sissy bar and called for mercy. The guy was from Roy Head and the Traits. A rock group from Texas. He is still around today.
