getting fuel
 

why is there no fuel reaching my injectors. I have replaced pump with new 255 high volume pump,replaced crankshaft sensor and fuel pump relay. getting power to relay switch according to test light. I can jump pins 87 and 30 and pump will come on but car still want crank. I have checked spark and it is good fuel filter is not clogged don't understand what the problem is or where to go next. positive no fuel is reaching rail checked Schrader valve and no spray. whats confusing is pump doesn't activate when key is turned on I need help. this is a 96 firebird 3.8 any suggestions
