Does anyone know of someone who sells seat belt webbing by the roll, that matches the original gold/tan belts but also features modern standards for panel count etc?

seatbeltsplus.com has what you need. They sell the webbing by the yard in 7, 4, and 3 panel or complete already made up seat belts for classics. Just go to the site click GM and then Pontiac. Hope this helps it has for me in the past.

No one else here has had their original belts rewebbed, just take the easy option of the cheap aftermarket sets?
