Well my case is over so I can talk about it. In short I lost but there is much more to it than that. I had no problem proving that the owner is a ****ty businessman and a terrible accountant, nope the ship sunk because I am not a bodyman and cannot testify as to what is good and bad work. After the clerk told us to keep the traffic to a minimum when I first filed I thought that meant don’t subpoena anyone or I would have tried to find a bodyman to testify. I won’t say anything other than on another friend on here’s car we caught Joe in a direct lie that could have sunk my friends build and two if anyone is thinking of used him please message me for pictures an invoices first. There are other lawsuits against him pending in big boy court (mine was small claims) and they have lawyers and BIG dollar signs on them and they are in my old deputy stomping grounds so I will keep an eye on them and report back. Oh and by the way Joe if you read this, get a suit! You shouldn’t be wearing slide on shoes and a t shirt in a courtroom even if it’s just magistrates court.
