Where to find 04-06 quarter window molding
 

All I've found thus far is the window and molding, and the cost it out of this world. I would just like to replace just the molding, does anyone sell it with out glass?

We looked into this a little bit. It would be very hard to repro just the molding.

It was a crappy design from GM. You have to get both the window and molding.

Have your tried using plasti-dip on the rubber?

Not yet.
I've tried using 1k and 2k sand paper on a small section of it and it does remove the roughness but it doesn't recreate that original smooth black finish of the original. It looks like there is a grain to the rubber below the top finish.

Kiwi black show polish. Layers and layers of it. Put down a layer, let it dry, buff, repeat. It sounds nuts (heck it IS nuts) but it works.
