Open car wanted...
Semi-seriously looking for Pontiac/Oakland touring car from the twenties or thirties. Hoping to find a ready-to-enjoy car for not more than about $15K, so it obviously won't be a show-condition one. Thanks for any leads.

May not be exactly what you're looking for but it's pretty cool and priced reasonable. Of course it's on the left coast..... Rob |
Thanks, Rob. Appears to be a very fair price- even the buy-it-now, without trying to do better on bidding. A great description and album-full of pictures, also. I had only been looking at touring cars, but this Pontiac with a rumble seat might work for me. If only it weren't so darn far away...

Was having trouble finding a Pontiac/Oakland, so bought an amazingly-original 1917 Buick D35. |
Pretty neat car even if it is a buick
