Things Going On At Herr Hoog's House

Ok a couple of things to note: One my dryer went out last week while trying to get ready for POCI; so I went to Lowe’s and bought a new Whirlpool, ok an all but while I was down there the old noggin starts to turn. “Why not get a shop frig, then I won’t have to go in the house 10 times an evening for beer runs!” They have a nice little one on sale for $158, BAM charge card. And as you can see it is nicely located behind the parts washer out of sight. The old lady didn’t like the first pic without a smile, but I think the look is classic. Doesn’t the stock cowl grill make an excellent spark plug holder, yes? Number 3 has no fire, and number 2 was a close second. The remainder are wet and black, poor firing I have to say. New plug wires and fresh current are next in line. Notice the fine stock in the new frig, too bad some one can’t come help me empty it. 68addict the last one is for you bro, always drink at least some of your own beer.

Now that is a well stocked fridge. I am a youngin, learning as i go. Wait, was that an air compressor in your laundry room? Awesome. You could have gotten a kegerator...then SA on tap!

High end SA beer for yourself, low end beer and Mountain Lightning for the workers and peasants.

Laundry in the garage, I'll fix that some day.

68addict 07-18-2007 02:47 PM

So the Bush is for Guests, and the SA is for you and your wife drinks wine?

SWEETJUDGE 07-18-2007 02:55 PM

sweet

Steve Hoog 07-18-2007 02:56 PM

She drinks Vodka, it's in the the freezer section.

And just think, Sweet's wood is right there in the garage too.

LOL, I'm cracking up !
I used to think that most other guys into judges and stuff might be kinda...well.....conservative, straight laced, poindexterish, stodgy. Well, now I know that you're kinda like me, beer drinkers and hell raisers with a special interest in canadian imports :D

Case in point. I started with the well stocked fridge. Now the "True" Kegerator is in the shop and in full swing! Nothing like a fresh, cold tapper of some smoothe amber but, very dangerous!

Conservative maybe! But straight laced, poindexterish, stodgy?? Not most of the Judge guys that I know!

Party at Uncle's house, he has a better beer selection. Hold that Cider and Wheat for me.

Woah, check out that Tap!!! Awesomeness:faint:

Steve Hoog 07-18-2007 05:10 PM

Uncle Judge :hail:

The tap here is always open if you get into Wisconsin! The Wheat is yours Steve! The jug or "Growler" is the vehicle for the tap beer to be consumed off site.
I am still trying to figure out how to get an entire keg into Noralk and keep it cool for the weekend!

68addict 07-18-2007 05:28 PM

kiddie pool full of ice?

The Boss 07-18-2007 06:01 PM

I'm digging this thread big time.

Careful with the new fridge there Steve, until you are comfortable with the settings I wouldn't be putting any of that precious Sam on the top shelf next to the freezer section - freezing will bruise it, and we don't want that.;)

Steve Hoog 07-18-2007 06:12 PM

Good point, I should go home and immediately drink the four right under the freezer...

:drunk:

The Boss 07-18-2007 06:18 PM

I think you should!

I'm having one - Sam's Summer.;)

Bring the kegerator and a generator.

I don't think anybody will complain about the noise.;)

68addict 07-18-2007 10:08 PM

I'll never keep up with you guys....There goes my powerlifting training.....

The Boss 07-18-2007 10:27 PM

12 to 16 (and on some days 20) ounces at a time, over and over and over again.;)
