Nice collectible if your 1969 was sold thru Arthur Pontiac in Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

Envelope flap has some tears along the edge.
Owners Manual has a business card stapled inside the front cover.
Owners Manual has some writing on a couple pages.
The New Vehicle Warranty has some info stamped and typed on the back cover.
Also includes 4 month service reminder letter.
