Actually, my property taxes are very nominal under the Mills Act Historic Preservation Program; I pioneered the program in my city. http://www.ohp.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=21412 It also helps that I bought my house 17 years ago before the outrageous home prices here in So Cal. |

You guys are just jealous of having real winters- high of 10 degrees here yesterday. Glad my '17 Buick touring car has side curtains, as I had to drive it home from a shop a few days ago (clutch re-lined- didn't want to tie it up during cruising weather).
