Check your fuel line near the rocker cover
 

Was cruising the LS1GTO site and saw a thread for the first time about this. Looked at mine and sure enough the plastic cover had worn a little cut in the fuel line so ordered a Russel braided.

I noticed it on our 05 GTO. I took a 3/4" hose, cut a 2" piece then sliced it down the side. Installed it over the fuel line with two zip ties. You never know its there and now you don't have to worry about an engine fire :)

I ordered the Russel kit after finding out that the stock line was being cut by the FRC. The kit was less than $70.00 and added a bit of street cred, bling and safety so I didn't mind the cash outlay.
