1969 Grand Prix triple blue 400 auto ps pb ac tilt matching #s

This Grand Prix runs and drives well. It just needs a few minor repairs and then you can have some fun while you restore it. We'll be adding engine and interior pics tomorrow morning.

Still has its' original 'born-with' matching numbers 400CID V8 engine and Turbo 400 automatic transmission. Engine is totally stock and runs well with no odd noises. Transmission pan leaks (don't they all?). Equipped with factory power steering and power disc brakes. New lifetime guarantee master cylinder just installed. Has air conditioning - not currently working - but everything under the hood is there. Radiator is a newer replacement that cools well. Tailpipes are newer while mufflers and headpipes appear to be older. Good exhaust note with no leaks. Newish rear shocks and springs. New front disc brake pads on factory original two-piece rotors (one-year-only style).

Runs and drives and is the 1st year of this two-year-only body style. John DeLorean was the primary designer and it shows - this is a smooth-riding, good handling, gentleman's muscle car.

Body has a few dents and dings but no major damage. A little rust over and behind the rear wheel wells and one spot on top driver’s rear where the vinyl top trapped moisture. Good floors and trunk floor.

Currently wearing vintage MODERN Wheel chromed 14x7 and 15x8 mag-style wheels with BFG TAs. Tires have good tread but are about ten years old so they're not worthy of any long trips or freeway blasts as there is some age-related dryness.

Originally medium blue with blue vinyl top and interior. Vinyl top is long gone. Interior has decent seats with only a few tears, dashpad has a couple cracks as do the molded door panels. Factory console with shifter - both are in decent shape. Speakers in rear deck and console and aftermarket stereo in dash - no idea if it works....

We intended to do all the mechanical stuff and then just enjoy it with all its' patina while we popped the dents and dings out and prepped the body for paint. But we're losing storage space so it's up for sale.

Asking $5000 and will consider reasonable offers.

GP is located in Las Vega$, NV and we will assist with arranging transport worldwide.

If you're interested, send your direct email or phone number and we'll talk.

Thank you for checking out our listing.

That car has the best frame Pontiac ever used, it was from the 68-72 el Camino. John wanted the best and he got it.. Thats why the 69-72 GP handles better then anything Pontiac ever built.. Talk about beautiful bones!!!

The 1969-70 Grand Prixs are my favorite 'cruiser' Pontiacs.

They accelerate like a GTO but ride and handle SO much better.

Someone is going to have fun with this one.

We may have to raise the price and toss it up on eBay......
