Sounds like there are a few on the forums here.

Time to come out of the closet,guys.....:D

Cream Puff definition: 70-73 Firebird....Base model OR Esprit.....LOW mileage,UN molested,.....ORIGINAL....350 2bbl........"girly car"....NO scoops,spoilers OR performance options.....

Here's MINE.....

Found it locally on craigslist about 4 years ago.....
Didn't even call on the car for a week....hoping somebody else would buy it....

Just KNEW that if I went to look at it...I WOULD....and guess what?....I DID......

It's a 72 Esprit Anaconda Gold....prolly first day build....Vin under 100......one cheap "color enhanced" repaint ....with just under 48K on the clock.....Plug wires are original 71 date coded Delcos....note original front PLASTIC valance....

Bought the car from the "estate" of original (woman) owner.....still alive but not driving anymore....

It runs and drives like a CHAMP....

Nice car.
Looks exactly like one I would be expecting you to drive....unmolested.
Exceptional looking body being a local car.

OK, a few quickies of my so called Cream Puff.....1971 Firebird Esprit. bought form Original Owners in Jan 14. they bought new in Dec. of 70 and Cars been garaged since. early build date of 08C and does have a few 1970 carry-over parts as well as a few build quirks. never has left Ca. typical wear items have been changed under the hood and save for an 81 vintage Pioneer Super Tuner II cassette stereo and new dual exhaust in 1999, this car is pretty much untouched. the paint, top and interior are all original as built in Van Nuys......the O.O's are now well into their 80's and and just don't drive much anymore.... got them to pose for one last photo before driving off in Their Firebird.....

Did you get it from Salmon Arm or local to you?
It sure looks like it was taken care of.

I can't seem to download more than one at a time. I only have 3 pics of it anyways. It's in storage at a friends.

It was for sale about a mile north of Truck Customs....just west of 176th.....

Went to look at it....made an offer....left a cash deposit.....and the old couple (orig. owners niece/nephew) delivered it to my house the next day....whole deal went down in less than 24 hours....total no-brainer....

My 122,000 mile cream puff is a Formula with a Trans Am hood and too big of an engine.... so it doesn't qualify...
