The names Bond .... James Bond.

Sean Connery was and still the “Best” James Bond ever.

1963 DB5 Aston Martin used in Goldfinger ‘64 and Thunderball ‘65. The two Best 007 movies.

RIP.

Head and shoulders above the other Bond actors. RIP

My favorite movie of his was The Hunt For Red October.

I watch it anytime I see it on.

RIP. Like the movies you guys do plus Robin Hood Prince of Thieves- if I remember, cameo, he was the King that gave away Maid Marian to Robin Hood. Seemed very nice.

The best of the Bonds. RIP

The Untouchables, Indiana Jones, The Rock.

“My dear girl, there are some things that just aren’t done, such as drinking Dom Perignon ‘53 above the temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s just as bad as listening to the Beatles without earmuffs!”

I would not go that far - Daniel Craig has the cold streak and cleaves closer to the character the novels had.

That said the acting world is poorer today with Connery's loss.

The actress that got painted gold, in Goldfinger, passed just a few days ago.

His line in Goldfinger, when he is introduced to Pussy Gallore ( who also just passed) is awesome. She introduces herself as Pussy Galore, he turns to the camera, and says, “ I must be dreaming!” Cracks me up every time !!!

Sad all the good ones are fading away, both Actors and musicians. :(

Connery made James Bond what the name means..... yesterday, today, and in the future. He was the best of them all. And he did a fine job in the other movies he was in.

RIP Sir Sean Connery. Thank you for all of the films we can watch that you were in. You will never be forgotten.

I don't think that's correct. Shirley Eaton is still alive today.

What I do know is that Sean Connery was a very fortunate man in being able to star alongside Catherine Zeta Jones in Entrapment. Love that movie

Great actor, we will miss you!

Honor Blackman played Pussy Galore in Goldfinger and she passed away in April of this year (2020). Shirley Eaton was the actress that got painted gold and is still alive (about 83 years old).

I must have read about Shirley's passing in a fake news article.......

Well, things are not always as they seem. I was listening to the radio this morning and heard that Sean Connery was not quite the man we believed him to be. A lot about this on the news here today.

A fine actor but apparently not such a nice man. Disappointing.

Here's just one link.

In 2006 Connery also said there's no excuse for domestic violence.
I'm not going to comment further on that issue.
I liked him in every movie he made, he was the best Bond in movies, and also did well in Highlander.
My favorite role he played?
Medicine Man. My favorite scene?

Not surprising that such a character bashing article would be posted on a website with that title.

Always liked to watch his movies. James Bond and others.

RIP
