84 parisienne interchange with chevy caprice tail help

Would the tail panel from a chevy caprice fit a parisienne?

i have an 84 parisienne. it looks the same as caprice. i need a tail panel & tail lights. I like the lights off the 83 caprice...

my pontiac 400 seems to have something wrong lately-- all was fine & perfect before, but now i have big white clouds of smoke coming from the tail pipe & also it comes from the valve cover grommet...
