4 Speed '68 Catalina with 428?
There is a 4 speed '68 Catalina on ebay with a 428, to boot.
The seller says it is one of one. I certainly have never before seen a 68-69 b-body with a 4-speed. Nonetheless, I don't see him getting...

All you have to do is take a look at a Hot rod magazine from the 1970s, and wonder what in the heck people were thinking with some of the mods being done to sweet muscle cars.
I think the project,...

Thanks. Yeah, I might just have to pony up for the more expensive ones. I just picked up some screen window clips from the hardware store, like the ones pictured below. I am going to try using them...

Rally II center cap attachment options
Hey, need some ideas. I got some new center caps for 15X7 Rally II's from our sponsor. But the attachment method (locking) interferes with dust cap on front disk brakes ('69 full size). Diagram below...

I hear ya. I went to one in town today. There were only three pontiacs -- but one of them was a 1957 Bonneville convertible fuel injection! I had not seen one before, so it was well worth it. The guy...

when you said 2979, I assume that's a type and you are talking about the 1979 wheels.
Sounds like the safest part is probably a conical style lug. Such as part # GMW8 (stainless steel capped lugnut)...

Rally II lug nuts
I've got some 15X7 Rally IIs dated from 1979. What lugnuts can I use?
I put 'em on there with the standard conical style lugnut, and that works fine.
But I was thinking of ordering the black...
