Just tapped the hole deeper and ran the fitting in further to cover the hole.

Sadly we only got about 1min of idling in before we found the issue (which good, saved the bearings).

Yes for the most part but like Steve said HP comes with 2.20 intake so if pistons are designed for 2.11 you'll have issues

100% correct. The exhaust valves were moved .050 over. That is why e-heads come with 1.66 exhaust valves because a 1.77 valve would hit the valve pockets on most pistons that were made in the 90s...

It's cool to see all the excitement about these heads but I bet once they're being produced the valves end up in same location as eheads....

I'm curious if he moved the valves and it was stated he plans to use 2.19 1.72 valves, what are the odds the heads will work with existing pistons/short blocks. Sounds like they'll need dedicated...

More rpm equals more horsepower. Had to make big horsepower at lower rpm without big ci. Pontiacs are ci limited. Also 7000rpm is lower rpm. With today's parts engines will last forever.
