You need to check voltage at battery, 1st when car off, ignition off, then with car running. Guess is you have either alternator issue or voltage regulator. If stock set up.

I believe those are twin lock connectors, might be hard to find. Bought mine from GM around 20 years ago.
Both the harness and bulkhead use the same terminal. Can get part number if needed.
