Unfortunately OHC 6 engines are always a hard sell, mainly do to logistics.

I always offer to assist a buyer with getting them ready to ship at no extra cost.

I'm also not aware of the change date, but I think regardless of whether it was a Strap or Clamp hold-down, there should be a welded nut.

The straight tabs would be the early tray that uses the "strap & Bolt"

While the later tray tabs have a curvature/bend to catch...

The small brackets appear to be the rear wheel tub braces, they secure the tub to the Firewall/cowl.

The brackets you posted look related to the AC baffle assembly

Deal fell off, so this Custom Made "Y" pipe is still for sale.

I decided to do a mock up so you can see how well this fits the OHC 6.
Clearances are real good at all points.

To answer your question yes the wires are run up behind the kick.
As you see they used tape to hold everything...
