I would guess consolidation happened on the original part and was superseded to what you have pictured. Trying to find an original will be difficult

This is close to what it is. Now that I have the car, it is a 3.55 limited slip, TH350, 66 092 heads, intake and carb. I have a 2004r that will go in it later which will help too.
